💼 Position: Accounts Receivable Administrator (Part Time)

💰 Salary: £9,194 - £9,478 per annum DOE

📍Location: Williams Trade Supplies Ltd, Fareham, PO16 8XB (Office-Based / Hybrid)

⏱️Hours: 14 /week, every day MON-FRI 5pm finish (Flexible Hours: min 2 hours /day)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Administrator on a part time basis to join our brilliant finance team in Fareham! This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, supportive environment with great career development prospects.

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments via telephone, email, and digital channels.
• Assess creditworthiness and manage risk through proactive credit control measures.
• Set up and manage new credit accounts.
• Collaborate with our debt collection team and internal finance departments to resolve outstanding payments.
• Investigate and resolve customer account queries efficiently.

✅ Confident Communicator – You can handle conversations with customers professionally, including those in challenging situations.

✅ Attention to Detail – You accurately allocate payments, maintain clear account records, and reconcile balances.

✅ Credit Risk Awareness – You identify potential fraud risks and make sound credit decisions.

✅ Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience in K8 preferred.

✅ Teamwork – We work as a team and occasionally you will support Accounts Receivable and FP&A
