Position: Warehouse Operative & Driver

Salary: Starting from £25,792 per annum

Hours: 40 /week MON - FRI 09:30-18:00

Location: Williams, 13 Standard Way, Fareham, PO16 8XB

We're looking for a Warehouse Operative & Driver to join our friendly and busy eCommerce team in Fareham! You’ll be involved in both the preparation of goods for deliveries and the deliveries themselves, so a good attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are a must!

 Previous Forklift experience and qualifications would be ideal, but are not essential, we provide full in-house Forklift Training for our staff members!

As a Warehouse Operative & Driver, you'll be:

• Delivering orders safely, efficiently and with the excellent customer service.
• Using forklifts (if qualified / once we train you) and other mechanical aids.
• Helping to keep the warehouse clean, tidy and a safe.
• Picking goods and preparing orders for delivery.
• Receipting, storing and replenishing goods.
• Undertaking inventory control.

Ideally, you are:

• Highly accurate in your approach to work with good attention to detail.
• Able to work in what can sometimes be a physically challenging role.
• Respectful in adhering to Health & Safety guidelines at all times.
• Keen to meet deadlines with a flexible approach to daily tasks.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• A great team player who makes a positive contribution.
